SPLITDESK

Marshall Artz Productionz LLC · Effective September 27, 2026

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SplitDesk, a music-catalog and split-collection service operated by Marshall Artz Productionz LLC.

1. Who you contract with

SplitDesk is provided by Marshall Artz Productionz LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). When you create an account or use SplitDesk, you contract with Marshall Artz Productionz LLC and agree to these terms. If you use SplitDesk for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it; otherwise, you confirm you are old enough to enter into this agreement.

2. The service and your account

SplitDesk helps producers organize works, collect writer and publisher details through shareable links, track split sign-offs and prepare information for PRO registration. You are responsible for the accuracy of your catalog and registration information, keeping your account details current, safeguarding your credentials, and activity under your account. A "Ready to Register" status is an organizational signal, not confirmation that a PRO has accepted a work or that any rights have been verified. You must review information before submitting it to a PRO.

3. Plans, orders and cancellation

The Free plan allows up to three active tracks. Paid Pro and Studio features, prices and billing intervals appear on the pricing page and at checkout. Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing interval selected until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription using the billing portal linked in your SplitDesk profile. Cancellation generally stops future renewals; access to paid features normally continues through the paid period, subject to the checkout terms and applicable law. For payment, recurring billing, taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics, see Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

4. Your catalog and collaborator data

You retain ownership of the track titles, beat identifiers, writer details, split information and other catalog content you enter or receive through SplitDesk. You grant us a limited right to host, process and display that content solely to operate, maintain and improve the service and provide the features you use. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit content and invite collaborators to provide their data. Collaborators who use a split link are responsible for the information and sign-off they submit. A split submission does not by itself settle ownership disputes or constitute a legal agreement between collaborators; independently confirm your arrangements.

We may remove content reported to infringe rights. Rights holders can send a complaint identifying the material and their rights to lmtkbz@gmail.com. Repeated infringement may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Our intellectual property and your license

We own SplitDesk's software, documentation, design and branding. While your account is active and subject to your selected plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. This does not transfer any of our intellectual property to you. Do not reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the service, or bypass plan or technical limits.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use SplitDesk unlawfully; commit fraud or send spam; upload content that infringes another person's rights; introduce malware; probe or interfere with service security; scrape the service; or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or data. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

7. Availability and responsibility

We work to keep SplitDesk available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or that a PRO will accept a registration. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Ending use and data

You may stop using SplitDesk at any time. Cancel paid billing separately through the billing portal to avoid future renewals. Studio users can export catalog data as CSV while they have access; if you need help accessing or deleting your data, email lmtkbz@gmail.com. When an account ends, we may delete or anonymize its data when no longer needed, subject to legal retention requirements and our Privacy Policy.

9. Updates and contact

We may update these terms and will indicate the effective date of the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required by law. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them. Questions? Email lmtkbz@gmail.com.
